The College Sport Challenge this week is a Distance challenge. How many kilometres can De La Salle College cover in a week? House points will be assigned to see which year level did the most kilometres.
You can run, walk, use a bike, rowing ergs or any equipment that allows you to verify the distance travelled.
Record and submit your distance either running, walking, cycling or rowing (on a rowing machine) in your local area/neighbourhood between Monday 20 September – Friday 24 September before 6pm each day to contribute to our school’s total distance.
Only one entry per day will be counted towards our school’s total distance, so please remember to submit your distance (in kilometres) the same day you recorded it. Each entry must include proof you have completed the distance submitted by sending in a screenshot/photo from a fitness watch (ie Fitbit, Apple Watch etc), other (ie Strava, Map My Run (map my run can also be downloaded onto your computer – https://www.mapmyrun.com/), or a photo of the distance recorded on your erg.
