The College welcome Mr Tuli, Class of 2021 as our new Service Coordinator.
Talofa Lava, my name is Chad Tuli, and I am the new Service Coordinator here at De La Salle College. I am a proud old boy of the college finishing four years ago currently pursuing my bachelor of sports and health science. I’m in my third year, and I plan to further my bachelors to a honors degree by the end of this year. My goal in my role this year is to offer the boys more opportunities and give them an insight of different future career pathways or ideas of what they want to pursue after high school. Giving boys different service opportunities and placing them in a position where they can meet other schools and network with new people will allow the boys to get outside of their comfort zones and to learn new things.
• RUGBY OR LEAGUE SUPPORTER AND WHAT TEAM- Rugby league. My family are all huge league supporters and all played rugby league, so it runs in my blood.
• WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE THING ABOUT WORKING FOR DE LA SALLE SO FAR? My favourite thing about working at De La Salle, besides being an old boy, is redefining the real meaning and true value of being a Lasallian and what this brotherhood means. Tradition, pride and the rich history is what sets us aside from other boys’ schools.
• NAME SOMEONE YOU ADMIRE AND WHY- Someone I admire is Dermot, who is the current Associate Principal. He inspires me to dig deep and strive for more to succeed in whatever we do.
